Such a scale is called “Diatonic Scale”.

The scale from the second sound of C major scale is D Dorian scale.

The scale from the sixth sound of C major scale is A Aeolian scale, which is also called natural minor scale.
⑦ Locrian

The scale from the seventh sound of C major scale is B Locrian scale, which, like the Phrygian scale, comprises “b2” and “b6” notes.
