Funky Style
There are so many great players but I personally recommend James Brown and Curtis Mayfield.
You get the better feeling with solid guitars, but since I don’t have one, I will play it with a semi acoustic guitar.
The wah-wah pedal is very effective! (I also don’t have this so no effectors in the demo…)
Make sure to mute the strings with your left hand!
Bossa Nova Style
You play the bass part with your thumb and chord with the other fingers. Syncopation is the key here!
There are many rhythmic variations to study. You get the better feeling with nylon strings, but again, I don’t have the string so I will play the demo song “Equity” I wrote for Boss Nova Style with my semi-acoustic guitar.

Jazz Style
This is a twelve bar blues “caMi” with a rhythm of jazz I wrote for Jazz Style.You have to play with a swing feel, that is, don’t play even eighth! Play it with a laid back feeling.
